Forest Fuels has announced that it has been acquired by GN Energy Solutions. The company will also be acquiring GG Eco Solutions, a leading UK-based renewable energy supplier.

Forest Fuels has witnessed significant growth over the last few years; so this acquisition serves as both a logical and evolutionary step for us,” said Managing Director of Forest Fuels, Peter Solly. “All of the Forest Fuels staff will remain in post, including myself and Founder and Director Sam Whatmore. Forest Fuels looks forward to continuing our development as a quality, reliable supplier of premium grade wood fuel from a network of local depots. This will add considerably to our strength and resources going forward.”
GG Eco Solutions offers fully funded biomass boiler solutions – it delivers the financial and environmental benefits of renewable energy whilst taking on the capital and operating costs.
