This is to announce that (i) the nomination of the members of the board of directors and part of the audit & supervisory board members were approved at the 95th Annual Shareholders Meeting held recently, and (ii) the role of the members of the board of directors and the audit & supervisory board members as set below was subsequently determined respectively at the meetings of the board of directors and the audit & supervisory board members.
Kosei Shindo, Representative Director and Chairman; Eiji Hashimoto, Representative Director and President; and Shinji Tanimoto; Shinichi Nakamura, Akihiko Inoue, Katsuhiro Miyamoto, Akio Migita are Representative Directors and Executive Vice Presidents; Shin Nishiura, Atsushi Iijima, Yutaka Andoh are Managing Directors, Members of the Board, Mutsutake Otsuka, Ichiro Fujisaki, and Noriko Iki are Directors, Members of the Board.
In addition, Masato Matsuno and Atsuhiko Yoshie are Senior Audit & Supervisory Board Members; Masato Tsuribe, Hiroshi Obayashi, Jiro Makino, Seiichiro Azuma, and Hiroshi Yoshikawa are Audit & Supervisory Board Members.
