ERAMET group has moved into its new head office at 10, Boulevard de Grenelle CS 63205 – 75015 Paris – France.
ERAMET opted for a new location in line with NeWays, the management transformation project launched in autumn 2017. NeWays is designed to transform the way ERAMET operates, along three main lines: new ways of organising, with lighter, more responsive structures; new ways of managing, through dynamic talent development and manager empowerment; and new, more open and agile ways of working with a focus on innovation, performance and results.
All 400 head office employees moved into modern workspaces that favour connectedness, transparency and mobility, as well as breaking down barriers. The new building was extensively restructured by Braun + Associés, under the supervision of the owner, AG2R la Mondiale. It meets the highest current environmental standards. The building is certified outstanding HQE (French label for new tertiary buildings), LEED Gold and BREEAM outstanding, and has the BBC Rénovation Effinergie label for energy efficiency.
ERAMET is producers of manganese and nickel, used to improve the properties of steels, and mineral sands (titanium dioxide and zircon), parts and semi-finished products in alloys and high-performance special steels, used by industries such as aerospace, power generation, and tooling.
ERAMET is also developing activities with strong growth potential, such as lithium extraction and recycling.
