Started in 1985, Ratnamani today is having a work force of approximate 2400 employees in its multi-located State-of-the-Art manufacturing facilities at Indrad, and Kutch in the State of Gujarat, India. Ratnamani is a public Limited company with an annual turnover of around USD 415 Million for the FY 2021-22. Our Quality system is accredited to ISO 9001:2015. We are also having ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2015, NADCAP, EN 9100D, PED, ADW0, NORSOK and Marine Approval. The laboratories are accredited to ISO 17025.
The Manufacturing Facility at Indrad works comprises of two Hot Extrusion Presses for production of Seamless Pipes. Out of the two Hot Extrusion Presses, the smaller Hot Extrusion Press is capable of manufacturing Nickel Alloys / Stainless Steel Seamless Pipes upto 2 NPS, whereas the new Hot Extrusion Press is capable of manufacturing Nickel Alloys / Stainless Steel Pipes upto 10 NPS. The Cold Finishing facility is equipped with a number of High Speed Cold Pilger Mills, Draw Benches and Bright Annealing Furnaces for manufacturing Stainless Steel Seamless Heat Exchanger, Instrumentation Tubes and Pipes. Heat Exchanger Tubes can be supplied both in Straight and ‘U’ bend condition upto Developed Length of 40 Meters.
The Manufacturing Facility at Kutch works comprises of Fully automized Tube Mills, Cold finishing section, U-bending facilities, Dedicated Tube Mill for manufacturing Titanium Welded Tubes, JCO Forming Press, Inside and Outside Welding system, Solution annealing furnace for annealing Tubes and Pipes. Pipes can be supplied in Single Random Length or Double Random Length. The Pipes can also be supplied with internal and external coating based on Customer’s requirement.
The Stainless Steel Division has capabilities to produce Tubes and Pipes in various grades such as Ferritic, Super Ferritic, Martensitic, Austenitic, Super Austenitic, Duplex, Super Duplex, and Nickel Alloys. The Titanium Tubes are manufactured in Welded construction.
The testing facilities like Ultrasonic Test, Eddy Current Test, Radioscopy, Real Time Radiography, DP Test, Hydro Test, Air Under Water Test etc. are in-house to manufacture high quality products conforming to various International standards. The NDT personnel are qualified as per ASNT Level-II & III to ensure that the products manufactured are of the requisite quality.
