Chemsteel

Chemsteel offers a large selection of body materials, gears, bearings and seals or seal-less designs. The designer can start with the lower cost Ryton(PPS) body for the temperatures under 90 C or select either a stainless steel or alloy C body to meet the fluid conditions. Chemsteel is available for flow rates from 0. 5 to 100 l/m at pressures to 10bar. Fifteen shaft and seal options mean that most chemicals can be handled. Seal options include packing, mechanical seals or magnet drives for seal-less construction. Motor mounting can be either bare shaft or via an IEC flange connection for direct mounting. Other gear pumps in the program go up to 550 l/min in either bronze or cast iron materials. The complete range will be shown at Achema in May 2003.
