Co-generation for Canadian refinery
Irving Oil Ltd., St John, NB, and TransCanada Energy Ltd, a unit of TransCanada PipeLines Ltd., Calgary, plan to build an USD 80 million co-generation plant at Irving Oil’s refinery at St John, Canada’s largest.
