New from Sealant

Sealant Equipment & Engineering, Inc. has introduced a manual dispense valve that provides complete operator control for dispensing silicones, mastics, and other single-component materials. Designed for use with materials of all viscosities, the 2200-1021 dispense valve incorporates No-Drip® internal design with immediate shut-off action to insure that material will not drip from the valve outlet in the off mode. The 2200-1021 valve features stainless steel wetted components with hardened components and wear-resistant seals. The valve accepts fluid pressures up to 6000 psi. The light-weight, operator-friendly handle is adaptable to both vertical and horizontal applications; the outlet is designed to accept a wide variety of dispense nozzles. Sealant Equipment manufacturers over 800 models of dispense valves that are available for both single- and plural-component materials. Designed for production applications, the broad selection of Sealant Equipment valves are readily integrated into fixture, robot, or manual applications. The valves’ construction facilitates both high- and low-pressure operations.
