HIsarna chalks up another early success

Fives to acquire OTO Mills

Fives has signed an agreement to acquire OTO Mills, an Italy-based supplier of high performance mills for the production of welded tubes and automation systems for the steel industry.

Founded in 1980, OTO designs, manufactures and installs complete systems for the production of welded tubes and profiles.

ArcelorMittal Brazil supplies 2014 FIFA World Cup

More than half of the steel used for the infrastructure works related to the World Cup — including a variety of buildings from stadiums, to train stations, to giant aquariums — has been supplied by ArcelorMittal Brazil.
