The US-Kazakh Tengizchevroil oil-extracting joint venture, which is developing the major Tengiz oilfield in the western Atyrau Region, Kazakhstan, will commission two industrial facilities to produce 2800 tonnes of granulated sulphur a day by the end of 2002.
