ProSep appoints GM for Middle East
Houston-headquartered oil, gas and water treatment specialist, ProSep has appointed a general manager for the Middle East as it plans for significant growth in the region.
ArcelorMittal steel for AREVA steam generators
Industeel, a subsidiary of ArcelorMittal specialising in the production of ingots and high value-added steel plates, is to supply 4,000t of steel to AREVA for the building of six steam generators at the Koeberg nuclear power station in South Africa.
AREVA won a EUR 300M contract in September to replace the generators at the nuclear power station close to Cape Town, operated by Eskom, South Africa’s public electricity company.

Industeel is a long-time partner of AREVA and for several years has been supplying it with steel for building steam generators and the forged components used in nuclear power stations.
