Located in Singapore, Oilfield Alloys manufactures and distributes directional drilling equipment to the Asia-Pacific region. The company distributes several Carpenter non magnetic products and has a sales location in Dubai. This acquisition will help Carpenter geographically increas its supply of non magnetic drill collars, Measurement While Drilling/Logging While Drilling housings, stabilizers, and other down hole tools used for directional drilling in the Asia Pacific region.
