New from Potterton Commercial is an alternative to the installation of new condensing boilers. The Fumeco condensing heat recovery unit, made of high-grade stainless steel, is designed to convert a standard gas boiler into a high performance, fully condensing unit, producing cost and emissions reductions comparable with those achieved by condensing boilers. Describing the advantages of opting for heat recovery, Ken Percival, Potterton Commercialâs director and general manager says: âWith the introduction of the Climate Change Levy, commercial operations are seeing substantial increases in their energy costs and, not surprisingly, are looking at ways to mitigate these.
