The Supervisory Board of Bilfinger appointed Per Utnegaard as chairperson of the Executive Board with effect from 1 June 2015. He will succeed Herbert Bodner, who took over the position on an interim basis in August 2014. Per Utnegaard previously served as the president and CEO of Swissport International.

Per Utnegaard brings over 25 years of experience from management positions in various businesses, amongst others at logistics groups Deutsche Post and TNT. Since September 2007, Per Utnegaard, a Norwegian national, has been group president and CEO of Swissport International. During his tenure as CEO, Swissport became the leading ground and cargo-handling provider to the airline industry with a remarkable growth path.
