Arc triumph

Arc Machines’ 25th anniversary party, held on May 2001, with over 400 people in attendance was a great success. Held at the Ritz-Carlton Hotel in Pasadena, California, the party had everything. Awards for 10, 15 and 20 year employees and representatives from the USA, Canada and Japan were presented and emotional speeches by President M.E. Gedgaudas, Executive Vice President L.V. Reivydas and Vice President Vic Fukumoto were applauded by all. While professional entertainment and music for dancing was provided by a popular band, Captian Cardiac and the Coronaries, the hit of the evening was an Arc Machines’ employee singing group with the catchy name: Mike and the Tubesheets. Everyone was amazed that employees from Sales, Purchasing, Facilities and MIS had real stage presence and had clearly rehearsed their way to a flawless performance. The “familyâ€? feeling of employees and representatives was evident from the start to the finish of the party.
