As part of its restructuring, Rautaruukki has made several new appointments.
Chairman of the Rautaruukki Group’s operative management group is Sakari Tamminen, Deputy to the President and the other members are Matti Arteva, Olavi Huhtala, Markku Koljonen, Lauri Rautala, Heikki Rusila, Seppo Sahlman and Peter Sandvik. New steering groups, chaired by Sakari Tamminen, have been set up to assist the process of change in business operations in each division: Metal Products Division, Construction Solutions, Mechanical Engineering Solutions Division, Metal Fabrication Solutions Division and Production Division.
As from 1 September 2003, the following appointments have also been made: Matti Arteva as President of the Metal Products Division, Lauri Rautala as President of the Construction Solutions Division, Markku Koljonen as President of the Mechanical Engineering Solutions Division, Olavi Huhtala as President of the Metal Fabrication Solutions Division, and Heikki Rusila as President of the Production Division.
