Allegheny Technologies Incorporated announced today that James C. Diggs, 53, senior vice president and general counsel for PPG Industries, Inc., has been elected to the company’s Board of Directors. “Jim Diggs brings a global industrial perspective to our board and his input will be valuable as we implement our strategic plan and growth initiatives,” said Robert P. Bozzone, chairman of Allegheny Technologies.
