Aker Kvaerner changes management team

Aker Kvaerner’s Chief of Staff and Executive Vice President Finn Berg Jacobsen (65) has resigned as of 15 March. Executive Vice President Jon Erik Reinhardsen, currently based in the US, will return to Norway and assume some of the staff responsibilities currently under Berg Jacobsen, as well as being responsible for business development, strategy, and enhancing the project execution models used by Aker Kvaerner. Chief Financial Officer Bjørn Erik Næss will assume the remaining staff responsibilities in addition to his current ones. The businesses managed out of the USA have a strong market position after the last few years of restructuring.
