The International Association of Oil & Gas producers (IOGP) have appointed François-Régis Mouton as the Association’s new EU Affairs Director, based in Brussels.
François-Régis joins IOGP’s secretariat with 30 years of international experience in the oil & gas industry. He comes to IOGP from Total, where he was VP for Oil & Gas Advocacy. His career took him from reservoir engineering in Europe and Africa, to gas and power business development in the UK and Northern Europe.
