Haynes International has elected Michael L. Shor to their Board of Directors. The Board of Directors also appointed Mr. Shor to the Compensation Committee. Shor retired as Executive Vice President, Advanced Metals Operations & Premium Alloys Operations of Carpenter Technology Corporation mid-2011 after a thirty-year career with Carpenter Technology.
“Mr. Shor brings extensive industry and operational experience to the Board of Directors of the Company. His participation on the Board of Directors is expected to add substantial value and insight as the Company continues to improve its operational performance, expands its capacity and evaluates further expansion and growth opportunities,” said John Corey, Chairman of the Board of Directors got Haynes, which is a leading developer, manufacturer and marketer of technologically advanced high-performance alloys.
