Outokumpu’s board of directors has appointed two permanent committees consisting of board members, the audit committee and the nomination & compensation committee. Members to the board audit committee were Mr Anssi Soila, chairman, Mr Jarmo Kilpelä and Ms Leena Saarinen. Members to the board nomination & compensation committee were Mr Ole Johansson, chairman, Mr Evert Henkes, Ms Anna Nilsson Ehle and Ms Jussi Pesonen.
