Sierra Leone-focused mining company Titanium Resources has appointed Jean Lindberg Charles as a nonexecutive director. Mr Charles had financial and auditing experience, as well as an understanding of its operations. He has previously worked as Titanium Resources financial controller, and was responsible for implementing a new management information system, setting up the Sierra Leone accounts department, and developing the company’s multidredge financial model.
