The Dynamic Materials Corp. (DMC) clad metal team has acquired DYNAPLAT. In November of 2007 DMC bought DYNAenergetics, parent of DYNAPLAT. DMC DYNAPLAT joins the other European business units, DMC Nobelclad, France and DMC Nitro Metall, Sweden. Along with DMC Clad Metal in the US they form the largest, strongest explosion welding company in the world.
