The new microBoss 4-channel Metering Pump is designed for dispensing up to 4 solvent streams based on time, volume, or flow rate. The set flow rate for each independent pump channel can range from 0.01-5.00 mL/min. The handy keypad digital controller provides ultimate flexibility in set-up and operation of the pumps. The operator chooses one of three control modes (constant flow, time-based flow control, or volume-based flow control). By using positive displacement pump technology, the compact design can deliver 500 psi pressures at maximum flow rate. Pressure ratings are higher (1000 psi +) at lower flow rates. Each microBoss pump includes a keypad controller and cables/connections kit.
