Using 8 or 10 mm hose barb connections, or 0.25 and 0.5 BSPF threads, Titan 800-1000 Series Pelton wheel mini-turbine units provide a fail safe fully adjustable solid state flow switch output, or a pulsed output proportional to flow. Typically used for monitoring cooling and heating fluids, lubrication systems, batching, blending and dispensing systems, flow monitoring and balancing control systems, or for providing flow failure alarms, Models 800, 900 and 1000 have a 10:1 flow range minimum. For higher flow rates and line sizes similar meters with alternative body styles can be provided. Specific meter end connections, construction materials, electrical connections or flying leads can be provided to suit OEM applications.
