Mill Masters has introduced a new tube mill capable of welding stainless steel tubing. It can produce 8 mm to 25 mm diameter tubing with a wall thickness of 0.25mm to 0.76mm. Speeds of up to 122 m/min can be achieved using a high frequency induction welder. Material specifications include all 300 Series Stainless. Multiple cut-off arrangements are available from an inline â âcut to lengthâ? to a coiled take-up system. Tooling is mounted on subplates, enabling quick tooling changeovers. Tubing meets all ASTM 851/E426/A450/A450M Specifications and applicable ASTM 249 with optional annealing furnace. Tubing can be used throughout the industry as boiler tube, heat exchanger and condenser tube, and is suited for all other high-pressure applications.
