Zuun Mod molybdenum project begins

Erdene Resource Development Corp has commenced its 4000m drilling program for molybdenum and copper as per the Khuvyn Khar Licence. This includes drilling of untested porphyry copper geophysical targets and confirmation and extension drilling at Erdene’s Zuun Mod molybdenum and copper site. The Mod drill program will fully outline the amount of molybdenum and copper resource available in potential mining areas and expand resources in the higher grade areas of the North Racetrack deposit site. The results found from this program will aid in the construction of an extensive prefeasibility drill program that will upgrade the resources from inferred to measured and indicated resource categories. Currently, the Zuun Mod deposit contains 215 million pounds of measured and indicated molybdenum, grading 0.054% Mo and 208 million pounds of inferred molybdenum, grading 0.051% Mo. Within the 0.05% Mo mineralization are higher grade zones of 0.07% Mo, equaling 69 million pounds of measured and indicated molybdenum and 44 million pounds of molybdenum in the inferred category.
