Youka Chemical (Shanghai) Co. Ltd. signed a formal agreement with the government of Yongxiu county, Jiujiang city, Jiangxi province marking that the company’s organosilicon new material project has been formally settled in Yongxiu.
The project, which is located in Xinghuo industrial park in Yunshan economic development zone, covers an area of 40,000 square meters and has a total investment of RMB 160M including the fixed asset investment of RMB 142M. The construction of the project is divided into two phases. It’s expected the project would produce 5,000t of modified organosilicon resin, 8,000t of high-performance surfactant and 3,000t of fluorosilicone coating material per year within five years after realizing full production capacities.
With expected annual output values of over RMB 400M and taxes of more than RMB 20M, the project will help Yongxiu realize long-term development in organosilicon new material industry.
