Capable of cutting round, square, and rectangular pipes with diameters of up to 152.4 mm, this machine caters to industries such as construction, furniture, architecture, and automotive body frame manufacturing.
Controlled by the SmoothTUBE CNC, the FT-150 FIBER features a new Graphical User Interface and Human Machine Interface, enhancing operational simplicity and intuitive programming. It offers versatility by cutting a wide variety of materials, including mild steel, stainless steel, copper, brass, and aluminum, while also performing multiple processes such as cutting, tapping, and thermal drilling.
Maximizing productivity, the FT-150 FIBER reduces the need for secondary processes such as punch press, deburring, and hole tapping. Equipped with automatic functions like auto-profiler calibration and nozzle cleaning, it further enhances productivity, ensuring efficient and streamlined operations.
