WITT presents gas mixers for laser cutting systems

WITT presents an innovative solution for increasing the performance of existing laser cutting systems: laser gas mixers which are easy to retrofit. The result is faster, more precise cuts and considerable cost savings.

Laser gas mixers from WITT offer a flexible solution to retrofit onto existing laser cutting systems. The infinitely adjustable mixing ratios allow the gas supply to be optimally adapted to the respective cutting requirements. The laser model series offers gas mixers with a maximum output of up to 438 Nm³/h at an inlet pressure of up to 40 bar. An integrated constant pressure control ensures a stable gas supply to the cutting process even with pressure fluctuations in the gas inlet. The advanced mixing technology ensures consistently high gas quality and is designed for high inlet pressure ranges.

To ensure reliable operation, WITT gas mixers have numerous protective mechanisms and options, including inlet pressure monitoring, O2 gas analysis, temperature monitoring, digital pressure display as well as memory and acknowledgement functions for maximum transparency and control.
