Stelax Industries Ltd has announced that Stelax International Ltd has received a contract for use of NUOVINOX(TM) rebar on the Wisconsin Department of Transportation “Portage River Bridge Reconstruction Project.” Approximately 132,000 pounds of NUOVINOX(TM) stainless steel clad rebar is to be used in the reconstruction project and is due to be delivered in October of 2003. The Portage River Bridge is the third Wisconsin DOT project to use NUOVINOX(TM).
