H&L Specialties Construction President has received a contract for the installation of water and waste treatment mains in the Shadow Ridge Subdivision project in Northwest Arizona. The Shadow Ridge Subdivision is to be located approximately three miles Southeast of Mesquite, Nevada and will be the first major subdivision constructed in the Arizona Strip. The contract also includes the construction of a 500,000 gallon water storage facility and a waste treatment plan that is to be manufactured by Chieftain Products in North Platte Nebraska.
