Walter Zip™ wheels are manufactured with a new process that imparts a high-low “Rib Design” into each wheel for faster cutting, less friction, straighter cuts, cooler cutting and longer life. Zip wheels are designed to give straighter cuts with better operator control on mild steel, stainless steel, aluminium, titanium and more. A new, durable and reusable round plastic container has been designed to replace standard corrugated boxes to provide more convenience, better wheel protection and safer storage.
