Walterscheid has introduced the WALPRO-X, a stainless steel Profile Cutting Ring. Based on the WALPRO Profile Ring in steel, the ring is characterised by its axial stiffness and radial flexibility. It can be used in working pressures up to 630 bars. Mechanically controlled final assembly is now also possible. This reduces tightening travel to only 30º after locating point, using considerably less force. In this way, assembly times can be reduced by up to 50%.
