Veritas Steel hires new president & CEO

Veritas Steel, a portfolio company of Atlas Holdings, hired Tracy Glende as the president and CEO.
Glende brings over 20 years of global management experience, commercial, and operational expertise and a highly successful track record to Veritas. He has served in a variety of senior management roles, including as vice president and general manager for Gerdau Ameristeel. Prior to joining Veritas, Glende was the president of the Aerospace and Energy Division of Bodycote, a thermal processing service company with multiple manufacturing sites operating in ten countries.
Henrik Jensen, chairman of Veritas Steel, said, “We are very excited to get Tracy on board. We are confident that he, together with the Veritas leadership team and employees, will develop the company into the preferred steel bridge fabricator in North America.”
