Venus Pipes & Tubes Limited, a manufacturer and exporter of stainless steel pipes and tubes in India, has received a Letter of Intent (LOI) worth approximately INR 190 crore (20M Euro) (excluding GST). The LOI pertains to the supply of stainless steel seamless boiler tubes for a series of Supercritical and Subcritical Thermal Power Projects across the country.
The formal purchase order is expected to be issued shortly, with execution scheduled over the next 12–15 months.
