Velta has decided to build a plant to manufacture titanium products using its own innovative technology in the United States rather than in Ukraine.
The company had gained expertise when building an enterprise in the UAE, but nevertheless, the decision was made in favor of carrying the project out in the United States.u
Velta LLC was registered in April 2000. Velta Holding LLC is the sole owner. The ultimate beneficiaries are three individuals: Andrei Brodsky with 60%, Vadim Moskalenko with 20% and Vitaly Malakhov with 20%.
