VDM Metals, the world’s leading manufacturer of corrosion and high-temperature resistant nickel materials and special stainless steels, will take part in AchemAsia as an exhibitor, which will take place from May 21 to 23 in the National Exhibition and Convention Center (NECC) in Shanghai, Qingpu District.

VDM® Alloy 699 is characterized by its metal dusting resistance when used under high pressure in gases containing hydrogen and carbon monoxide, as well as for its good workability. The material is offered in various product forms as primary material like the sheet, strip, and seamless tubes through Tubacex, which are required particularly in the petrochemical industry and the chemical process industry.
VDM® Alloy 2120 MoN is a new Ni-Cr-Mo alloy with increased corrosion resistance containing nitrogen as its alloying element. The alloy can be used in highly corrosive media as well as under reducing or oxidizing conditions. The material can also be used extremely effectively in scrubbers and components in flue gas desulfurization and waste burning.
