Valcor Engineering, a designer and manufacturer of solenoid valves and flow control components for liquids and gases, is proud to announce they have acquired the rights to manufacture and sell CU Services products.
CU Services has been providing products to the power and process industries for over forty-five years. Their line of products include: plug resistant orifices to drain steam and condensate lines in power and process plants, diffusers for high pressure drop service, diffuser silencers for high pressure service as well as multistage let-down orifices.
CU Services orifices have been used in power plants and process applications around the world since 1971, and were designed to prevent inadvertent water induction into turbine cylinders by replacing failure-prone steam traps. Diffusers are made for pump spillback and flow restriction to eliminate the damage that is caused by control valve cavitation. Silencers greatly reduce steam vent noise and it creates a back pressure on the vent valve to reduce the wear and tear on the valve.
