Turkey: hydroelectric plant

EnerjiSA, a partnership between the Sabancı Holding and Austria-based electricity company Verbund, has signed a partnership contract with Özaltın-Cengiz for the construction of the Köprü and Menge hydroelectric power plants in Adana. The plants are planned to be built on the river Seyhan. Menge is expected to be finished by 2011 while the Köprü plant is due to start serving by 2012.
