In anticipation of the retirement of Mr. Leon J. Niessen, the Board of Directors and share holders of TruTorq Ltd have agreed to merge TruTorq UK Ltd Co. with Sweden’s Wire Matic Regler AB. Mr. Niessen will remain on board as a consultant to the team from Wire Matic Regler, which will taking over management of the new company.
