Trio Petroleum Corp (Trio) appointed Michael L. Peterson as its CEO. Mr Peterson is currently a member of the Company’s Board of Directors, serving as the Chairman of the Audit Committee and the Compensation Committee, and the Company’s Special Acquisitions Committee.
