Titan Fittings manufacture stainless fittings in the US

Titan Fittings announced that it is expanding its offering to include custom US manufactured fittings. The fittings will be made using a state-of-the-art machining process in the manufacturing facility in Denver, CO.

The fittings will be made to meet the increasing demand of the stainless steel hydraulic and instrumentation market.

The fittings are used in various industries and applications and include NPT and BSPT Threads. They are ideas for environments that utilize Air, Cutting Oil, Fuel Oil, Gasoline, Hydraulic Fluid, Natural Gas, Steam, and Water including saltwater. These fittings are available in a variety of configurations including straights, elbows, tees, crosses, caps, plugs, connectors, adapters, and reducers, and include options like port connectors, tube stub, AN fittings, NPT thread, SAE thread, BSP threaded.

The manufacturing of these tube fittings is composed of four precision parts; body nut, front ferrule and back ferrule. The goal is to have no radial movement of the tubing upon assembly. Titan Fittings pays close attention to machining, surface smoothness, and hardness of each and every part. Titan makes fittings to a tighter tolerance and are designed for high-precision applications.
