ThyssenKrupp USA has reported that Mr Bob Soulliere, president and CEO of ThyssenKrupp Steel USA and one of the people who announced the company would build in Alabama, announced on 7 August 2009 that he will retire on 30 September 2009. Mr Christoph Lackinger will replace Mr Soulliere. Mr Lackinger is the company’s vice president of technology. Mr Lackinger joined ThyssenKrupp in 1989.
