The Supervisory Board of thyssenkrupp Steel Europe AG has appointed Marie Jaroni as CEO. Jaroni will also assume interim responsibility for production operations, strategic corporate management, and additional functional areas.
In addition, the Supervisory Board has extended the contract of Philipp Conze as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for another five years. Wilfried von Rath has been appointed Labor Director and Chief Human Resources Officer for thyssenkrupp Steel, in addition to his role as CHRO of thyssenkrupp AG, and will lead the Human Resources department at Steel.
These changes aim to strengthen leadership continuity and drive strategic initiatives across thyssenkrupp Steel’s operations.
