ThyssenKrupp buys rest of Acciai Speciali Terni

ThyssenKrupp Steel has acquired the remaining 10% of the shares in the Italian stainless steel producer Acciai Speciali Terni (AST), Terni, from the TAD Group, and now owns 100%. With production plants in Terni and Turin, more than EUR 1.5 billion sales and over 4300 employees AST is a leading Italian producer of stainless and electrical steel. Acciai Speciali Terni has been a company of the group since 1994.
