Chemetall has launched its Tech-Cool® 35052, a premium-grade, chlorine EP-activated, heavy-duty, semi-synthetic metalworking fluid designed for use with cast and wrought aluminum alloys, stainless steels, titanium, and high-nickel alloys. The blend of chlorinated EP ingredients helps the fluid deliver high lubricity, corrosion resistance, and cleanability. The product’s emulsion stability allows for clean, residue-free operation, even in difficult water conditions, the company reports. The fluid protects against bacteria growth without the use of biocides, DCHA, or other secondary amines. The Tech-Cool® 35052 is low-foaming without the use of silicone defoamers, even in foam-generating operations.
