Petrochemical Industries Company (PIC) of Kuwait, a wholly owned subsidiary of Kuwait Petroleum Corporation, and the Dow Chemical Company have announced a plan to construct a new ethylene and derivatives complex in Shuaiba, Kuwait, referred to as Olefins II.
