Total, Rosneft sign agreement for PCK Raffinerie
Total and Rosneft signed an agreement at the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum, confirming the execution of a sale and purchase agreement for the 16.67% share in PCK Raffinerie. The document was signed by Rosneft Chairman of the Management Board Igor Sechin and CEO of Total Patrick Pouyanné.

IPP Scomark Engineering milestone

Total announces new gas and condensate discovery
Total announces that its affiliate Total E&P Norge has participated in a significant gas and condensate discovery in the King Lear prospect on Production Licenses 146 & 333 in the Southern sector of the Norwegian North Sea (Statoil 77.8% operator - Total 22.2%).
