Chemical venture in China
Eastman Chemical Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary of Eastman Chemical Company, and Sinopec Qilu Petrochemical Company have signed an agreement to form a joint venture to produce Texanol ester alcohol and TXIB plasticiser in China.
