Tethys appoints representative in Tajikistan
Tethys Petroleum announced that, with effect from 6 July 2015, Ozodkhon Davlatshoev will join Tethys as director of the Representative Office of Tethys Tajikistan in Tajikistan.
Ozodkhon joins Tethys from the Industrial Promotion Services/Aga Khan Fund for Economic Development in Central Asia, where he was responsible for the development and execution of high profile investment projects in Central Asia in the fields of Energy, Telecommunications, Banking and Industrials. Tethys Petroleum's Board of Directors unanimously resolved to appoint John Bell as the new executive chairperson of the company, with effect from 26 November 2014.
Following the appointment of Bell as the executive chairperson, the Executive Committee of the Board now consists of John Bell, Julian Hammond and Denise Lay.
